CEO Jerome A. Rodgers transformed an entrepreneurial tax-preparation operation into an established firm headquartered in Dallas and serving clients nationally.
With a background in business management and accounting and decades of experience serving the Dallas-Fort Worth community, his philosophy has helped shape R&R around accessibility, entrepreneurship, community, and financial empowerment.
